She has been working with vocalists for 12 years. She devoted the last few years to the development of her own vocal education school: Śpiewające Studio Kamili Bakalarczyk (Kamila Bakalarczyk Singing Studio), with its main offices in her home town, Oława.
As a coach, she often uses the Doctor Vox Voice Therapy technique. Her classes focus on vocal development based on the natural physiological and anatomical mechanisms, with the emphasis on the work with the body, on awareness, natural predispositions and timbre of voice. Kamila Bakalarczyk‑Kruk prepares students for exams to artistic schools, castings, studio recordings, as well as offers voice rehabilitation and conducts voice projection courses for teachers and people using voice at work, both on‑site and on‑line.

For eight years she sang in a folk‑rock band Rzepczyno, and for five years she was a vocalist in Ich Troje group. Four years ago Karolina Żuk became a certified teacher of the Natural Voice Perfection teaching association in Krakow, where she constantly expands her knowledge of proper voice projection and rehabilitation, participating in numerous trainings conducted by teachers including Prof. Krzysztof Izdebski (USA), Anna‑Maria Hefele (Germany), Kevin Mahogany (USA), Prof. Sonia Lachowolska, Dr Danuta Sandecka, Elżbieta Zapędowska, Anna Serafińska, Jerzy Wolniak and Ilter Denizoglu, who conducted a course that allowed Karolina Żuk to work with the Doctor Vox technique. She graduated from the Danuta Baduszkowa Vocal‑Acting School in Gdynia. Nominated by the Phonographic Academy for the prestigious FRYDERYK award for one of the projects she co‑created. For eight years she sang in a folk‑rock band Rzepczyno, and for five years she was a vocalist in Ich Troje group. Four years ago Karolina Żuk became a certified teacher of the Natural Voice Perfection teaching association in Krakow, where she constantly expands her knowledge of proper voice projection and rehabilitation, participating in numerous trainings conducted by teachers including Prof. Krzysztof Izdebski (USA), Anna‑Maria Hefele (Germany), Kevin Mahogany (USA), Prof. Sonia Lachowolska, Dr Danuta Sandecka, Elżbieta Zapędowska, Anna Serafińska, Jerzy Wolniak and Ilter Denizoglu, who conducted a course that allowed Karolina Żuk to work with the Doctor Vox technique. Since 2019, she has been running her own Studio Wokalne (Vocal Education Studio).
